Mephisto
The road to success has been paved with broken tables, bent chairs, thumbtacks, shattered glass, barb-wire, and buckets of blood. Having wrestled several of the most well known hardcore wrestlers in the industry, such as Madman Pondo and Ian Rotten, Mephisto has garnered a reputation for being "too violent" for many wrestling companies. While he is known for his hardcore, take no prisoners style, he has also started to incorporate wrestling into his matches, proving to everyone that he's got what it takes to be a top name in this industry. His career in IHW hasn't been full of wins, but they say that you only fail, if you don't learn anything from your short comings and Mephisto has learned quite a lot from his losses. He lost to Ian Rotten at IHW's first "Virulent Vendetta" in 2009 to Ian Rotten and wrestled him to a no-contest in October. He did defeat his good friend, the late Zachary "Napalm" Porter on September 5, 2009, in Napalm's last match. Paying tribute to his fallen friend, Mephisto helped organize "A Night for Napalm" on February 6, 2010, which raised money for Napalm's children. He's loyal to his friends, very competitive, and very motivated. Since then he's tried to climb the ranks of IHW with mixed success. Later in 2010, he would find out about a plot from Mr. Late Nite to destroy IHW. After losing a match to "The Future" Donovan Ruddick on September 11, 2010, he challenged Ruddick to a match was very familiar with - the death match. They would have the death match on October 2, 2010 in Red Bud, IL. Mephisto battled for the very survival of IHW, but would come up short. Eric Allen would interfere in the match in an effort to cost Mephisto the victory. He ran Allen off, but would later be power bombed over the top rope through two tables by Ruddick, finishing him off and stamping out any hope Mephisto had for victory. On October 1, 2011, Mephisto shocked IHW fans by turning on his former friend, Billy McNeil, leaving him a bloody mess in the center of the ring.
